1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering activity that satisfies the applicable wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on db98 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type in question. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to the relevant product only.

db98 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or void any bet at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the bet was placed in error (including as a result of an obvious pricing error); the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed; the bet forms part of a pattern of suspicious betting activity; or the bet is in breach of any applicable rule or regulation.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. db98 may apply individual account-level limits where a player's betting activity warrants additional review. Stake limits do not form part of any contractual obligation to accept bets beyond those limits.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the player must notify db98 within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. db98's decision on bet settlement, following review of available data and relevant sporting authority results, is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Arbitrage strategies or systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies, including cross-market hedging using multiple accounts or third-party intermediaries.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or disrupt any part of the db98 platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Use of the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation in connection with identity verification, payment processing, or any other compliance procedure.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward db98 staff or other users of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the db98 platform, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audio-visual material, is the intellectual property of db98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any platform content; create derivative works based on platform content; use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from db98; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of db98's intellectual property is a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
